Established in 2023, our program provides a highly structured, individualized training environment with a 3:1 player-to-coach ratio. Athletes work with professional instructors using Rapsodo technology, high-speed video, and weekly feedback to track improvements in velocity, command, spin rate, and pitch shapes.


We follow a 3-tier pro-style ramping system leading into high-school tryouts:


Tier 1: Foundation – Clean mechanics, arm care, mobility, J-bands, plyoballs, and controlled throwing progressions.


Tier 2: Build – Increased intensity/volume, advanced plyo work, flat-grounds, and early pitch-shape development.


Tier 3: Performance – Full-intent mound work, pitch design, simulated outings, and refined recovery.


We tailor drills and correctives to each player based on their needs. While many athletes have seen meaningful velocity gains, our top priority is keeping arms healthy and ready for July.
